Membership Rates
|
Membership are available for a portion of a day, a day, week, month or as club memberships (supporting, quarter, half or full club). The open water season runs from May 14th to September 30th and the boathouse is open to the public from 1-3 PM every Saturday. Member benefits includes availability of rowing shells on weekends. Shells are reserved by calling the center. Advanced reservation (24 hours) is required. All rowing shells are pre-cleaned, delivered to the launch site, rigged and with a towel.

| Membership make rowing an affordable exercise option for a weekly routine. All club members need to have completed the half day Introduction to Sculling course and be able to demonstrate the proficiency required for open water tours. |

| Due to equipment limitations, there are 12 rowing club slots available for 2012 (Friday P.M., Saturday P.M. and Sunday afternoon or P.M.). Rowers sign up for slots in advance and can pick up additional rows when slots are left vacant. |

- During the public open house hours (Sat. 1-3 PM), volunteers are available to provide information about rowing as a sport and the South Shore as an open water rowing destination.

- The upstairs shop has rowing articles, handout and exercise information. The downstairs area has a variety of rental shells, parts and a repair shop. Also during the public hours, our classroom will feature our 35 minute video Rowing; the Next Sport.
